Greg Jakubowicz

Reverend Greg Jakubowicz OFM has extensive experience as a Franciscan Friar with the Order of Friars Minor in the Most Holy Name of Jesus Province based in New York City. Over the course of nearly three decades in this position he has taken on roles such as Catholic Campus Minister for the University at Buffalo based out of the St. Joseph University Parish in Buffalo. Rev. Greg Jakubowicz expanded his theological service in 2016 by joining the staff of Franklin,

Wisconsin’s Franciscan Pilgrimage Program. His role with the program involves helping to coordinate and lead international pilgrimages to locations such as Assisi and Rome.

Rev. Greg Jakubowicz graduated magna cum laude from St. Bonaventure University with a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication. During his time as a student at the school he was the Managing Editor of the student newspaper, The Bona Venture,

and served as a member of the SBU Student Congress. He continued his education at the University at Buffalo School of Law, earning his Juris Doctor and gaining admittance to the New York State Bar in 1990. He later studied Divinity at Washington Theological Union in Washington, D.C.
